CrimsonXT has partnered with a leading HVACR manufacturer that is dedicated to creating innovative climate solutions for commercial and industrial buildings in search of a Systems Account Manager based out of Latham, NY!

In a hybrid role (3 or more days onsite per week), the Systems Account Manager will be responsible for sales development across the region, relationship development with Engineering Consultants, Contractors and Building Owners and shaping a more efficient and sustainable world throughout the company’s range of cutting-edge Equipment offerings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take charge of project take-off, equipment selection, proposal pricing, and selling strategy, ensuring seamless integration of equipment, controls, and services.
  • Offer expert consultation, developing HVAC system solutions that address customer problems, considering financial and performance-based factors.
  • Identify customer needs and market opportunities, assembling and coordinating acquisition teams as required.
  • Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating the next steps.
  • Develop and execute account-specific business plans to foster strong, profitable partnerships.
  • Provide technical support to customers on HVAC systems, Trane products, and industry-related issues.
  • Plan your day efficiently, visiting customers and addressing their needs.

We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum two (2) years experience of solution sales experience.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree or 4–8 years of demonstrated experience preferred.
  • Experience selling HVAC equipment for commercial applications
  • Sold to Consultants and End Users within the commercial and industrial building space
