CrimsonXT is working exclusively alongside one of the global leaders in warehouse robotic solutions for order fulfilment on a high-impact, Director/VP-level search in the EMEA region.

We have been supporting this business in its global expansion following significant investment across Series C and D funding rounds in 2020/21.

Together with CrimsonXT, the business is seeking a Director/VP of Channel Sales to take ownership of their partner business across EMEA. Reporting into the EVP of EMEA, the position would hold team management responsibility for their regional channel teams in the UK, DACH, Southern and Eastern Europe as well as assume strategic responsibility for the direction and growth of the division.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years’ direct selling experience in MHE/Warehouse Automation
  • Good understanding of local and international MHE integrators in Europe
  • Experience leading small to medium-sized sales teams
  • Strong business & partner development skills
  • Experience with Robotic GTP Solutions or AutoStore is preferred

This is a unique opportunity with a company at the forefront of the warehouse robotics industry and will offer attractive career progression in a fast-growing environment. We’re interested in seeing candidates based in particular strategic locations which are Germany, the UK, France or Poland. The basic salary DOE will be between €150-200K Basic and offer an attractive commission structure based on the performance of the team.
