We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Sales Account Manager to join one of the industry leaders in their St. Paul, MN location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HVAC service sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building within the HVAC industry.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  3. Work closely with the service team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  4. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to provide clients with expert advice and solutions.
  6. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company’s services.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipelines to management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in HVAC service sales and account management.
  3. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services, including maintenance, repair, and installation.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  6. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Target compensation in the first year: $101,150 – 153,675
