CrimsonXT has partnered with a leading provider of turnkey materials handling systems and solutions, in their search for a VP of HR. Our client’s success is driven by their talented workforce and they are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead their HR initiatives across the USA. .

As the VP of Human Resources for the Americas, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, designing comprehensive HR programs, and executing initiatives to drive talent acquisition, development, and employee support services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, managerial prowess, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with corporate goals in the Americas.
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to secure top talent.
  • Oversee on boarding/off boarding protocols and manage HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the US and Latam region.
  • Manage performance management programs and compensation/benefits initiatives.
  • Foster positive employee relations and maintain a Great Place to Work environment.
  • Provide insightful reports and metrics to the CEO Americas.

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with internal and external recruitment teams.
  • Develop, motivate, and engage the People and Culture Team in the Americas.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule department staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is highly desirable.
