VP Engineering

Are you an experienced leader with experience in the battery technology space?

CrimsonXT has partnered with a cutting-edge battery development company and leader in its technology. To allow for successful growth, the company is looking for a VP of Engineering to join the team of experts.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for overlooking the growth of the R&D team: including leading multiple PhDs as well as both managing a product itself and having a full understanding of the R&D process. This role will report to the CEO and will be a part of the Executive team, so you must be able to collaborate with the executive group for the benefit of the company.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a Ph.D. and an incredible leader within the battery space. Leadership skills are crucial for this role, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset to be successful and willing to wear multiple hats.
