CrimsonXT has partnered up with a cutting-edge technology company with a significant presence across the APAC region. Our client specializes in mixed-case palletizing robots and piece-picking robots.

With their incredible success across APAC, they are now looking to penetrate the North American territory and are looking for a VP of Sales to support them in developing a GTM strategy as well as building out the sales functions.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for North America, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and the CTO during their frequent visits to the US branch.
  • Led the expansion of the sales team across North America, ensuring a high-performing and motivated group.
  • Initially engage in direct sales activities to support the growth of the sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence
