Role responsibilities:

Reporting to the CTO, you will lead the global Advance Technology development programs and direct all global and Regional Product Development initiatives (new products, product upgrades & modifications, product design-related quality & opportunities, etc.).

You will also own the product development process, engaging cross-functionally on a global scale with development teams in North America, Europe, and APAC to create innovative solutions and drive the company forward.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an expert in industrial chillers who is able to utilize their knowledge and experience to lead innovation, align R&D efforts, develop a global strategy, and hire and nurture a multi-skilled R&D team to deliver on company objectives.

As a global initiative, this is a remote position, which would require occasional travel. You must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years of experience in chiller/refrigeration manufacturing. You must also possess the ability to think outside the box, take ownership of product development strategy, and the ability to travel globally (30%).
