EMEA Solutions Engineer

CrimsonXT has partnered with a global technology company, looking to hire an EMEA Solutions Engineer for its growing team of experts, based in either Germany or Austria. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team of young professionals.

Role responsibilities: 

• Customer requirement analysis, layout design and process optimisation of intelligent logistics robots
• Communicating with front-end or customers and the back-end product team
• Introduce and present solutions to customers in Europe
• Specify and request third-party components
• Prepare tenders and calculate project costs
• Collect feedback from the market, users, and customers
• Improve standard solutions
• Internal and external technical training and channel partner solution enablement

What we are looking for: 

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 5 years of work experience, preferably in logistics and supply chain-related majors. You should have:

• Rich experience in integrating logistics industry solutions and has keen industry insight
• Experience in automation equipment integration
• Familiar with automation equipment applications, familiar with WCS/WMS control processes, and have participated in at least 5 successful cases of automation equipment integration projects
• Good process analysis and design ability, strong logical analysis ability and innovation awareness
• Proficient in common product design tools, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, etc.
• Proficiency in German is essential
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to present internally/externally

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Accept occasional business travel within the EMEA region
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills
• Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
• Ability to prioritise multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
• Strong and effective skills in problem-solving skills
