Solutions Design Manager

We’re hiring a Solutions Design Manager to join an innovative robotics and automation company. This role is based in South Korea and offers the opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge robotic solutions.

Role responsibilities:

As a Solutions Design Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing cutting-edge robotic solutions tailored to your clients’ logistics and warehouse automation needs. Your expertise will drive the integration of AMRs into diverse operational environments, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational requirements and design customized robotic solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Oversee the seamless integration of robotic systems into existing warehouse infrastructures
• Lead projects from conception through implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients
• Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement

What we are looking for:

We are seeking someone with a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field, as well as the following:

• Proven experience in solutions design, system integration, or a similar role within the robotics or automation industry
• Strong understanding of robotics systems, automation technologies, and warehouse management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
