CrimsonXT is partnered with the global leader in robotic G2P solutions who are seeking experienced Product Managers to join their rapidly growing US team. They had an outstanding 2022, more than doubling global revenues from the previous year whilst releasing several new breakthrough technologies. Following their most recent round of funding at the end of 2022, the company achieved a $2bn+ valuation.

We’re looking for highly-motivated product professionals who are comfortable in a 360-style product management role. You’ll be responsible for working with existing customers and internal R&D/Development teams to drive improvements in product performance while coordinating commercial teams to execute product marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and drive a strategic roadmap for our products.
• Be the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, understand any pain points, and work with R&D to solve these.
• Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform levels of product performance and plan iterations accordingly.
• Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5+ years experience in logistics automation, preferably in a technical role.
• Some knowledge of enterprise-level supply chain software (WMS, WES) is preferred.
• Experience in solution-based product development.
• Some proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
