  • Providing operational support, training, and critical event support for technical teams
  • Leading the design and implementation of upgrades that increase capacity, reliability, and efficiency
  • Collaborating with internal engineering, construction, and safety teams to maintain consistent design and operational standards
  • Managing concurrent projects across multiple global regions
  • Leading on-site engineering audits and producing risk reports with mitigation recommendations
  • Acting as the resident engineer during new construction projects, supporting commissioning and handover processes

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a technically strong, hands-on electrical engineer who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments and is eager to combine office-based design with on-site, field-based problem solving.

Requirements:

  • Strong engineering judgment and ability to make sound decisions amid uncertainty
  • Experience managing engineering projects and external consultants
  • Proven problem-solving skills with engineered solutions
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across departments (Operations, Controls, Construction, Design, etc.)
  • Willingness to engage in both field and office work

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission-critical facilities (especially data centres)
  • Familiarity with both mechanical and electrical systems, including UPS, generators, switchgear, cooling systems, and BMS/SCADA controls
  • Experience reading and producing construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents
  • Knowledge of local building codes and engineering regulations
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in web-based tools for calculations, data processing, and design documentation

What’s in it for you?

Join a small, highly motivated team building the infrastructure powering the global AI revolution. You’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data center technologies alongside world-class engineering talent.

You’ll receive:

  • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity)
  • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms
