CrimsonXT has partnered with a global technology company, looking to hire a Sales Manager for its growing team of experts, based in the Netherlands, covering the Benelux region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team of young professionals.

Role responsibilities: 

  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the Benelux region, driving market expansion and revenue growth
  • Independently manage and execute internal sales processes, ensuring seamless and efficient operations
  • Understand client needs and present tailored product solutions to maximise value and satisfaction
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships and business growth
  • Provide insights into pricing, product offerings, and market entry strategies
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field, and 5+ years of Sales experience in any industry that is equipped with an intra-logistics/ automation/ robotics system. You should have:

  • An ability to comprehend a company correctly and quickly, and employ a strategic selling, consultative selling strategy accordingly
  • An independent, risk-taking, adaptable, innovative, and customer-centric focus
  • Be a team player with excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to travel around 50% of the role

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

  • Have a sense of responsibility, work conscientiously and responsibly
  • Proficient English and Dutch are required; other European languages are preferred
  • Ability to prioritise multiple complex situations to deliver successful results
  • Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
