As we expand our presence in the Americas, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the region.

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to spearhead our business growth in the Americas. As the Sales Manager for the Americas within our E-Mobility Partner division, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth in this crucial market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Expansion: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Americas region, with a focus on the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and partners.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue partnerships with prominent players in the e-mobility ecosystem, including EV manufacturers, fleet operators, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  3. Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve regional and individual sales targets.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and customers across the Americas. Ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  5. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our e-mobility solutions, including charging infrastructure, software platforms, and services. Effectively communicate the value proposition to potential partners.
  6. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Utilize this knowledge to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, presenting regular reports to the executive team. Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions and refine sales strategies.
  8. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with our business goals.
  9. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the Americas region.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a focus on business development and partnership management.
  • Extensive experience in the machinery, e-mobility, electric vehicle, or clean energy industry within the Americas is desired but not essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for sustainability and e-mobility.
