Role responsibilities: 

In a remote position, based in Germany, the Sales Manager DACH will report to the Managing Director, The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to develop revenue growth and realize commercial potential in the area, selling Chiller solutions to consulting engineers, contractors, building owners, and end users. Typical projects will include commercial projects such as hotels, education, offices, and data centers as well as more industrial projects like manufacturing, pharma, and marine.

What we are looking for: 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience within the commercial HVAC industry selling chillers, a track record of sales development within the region, and ideally relationships with engineering consultants.

The candidate will also possess a Degree in Engineering or a similar related field and a knowledge of the application and technical functionality of applied equipment.

In return, the company is offering a salary of up to €100,000 depending on experience, bonus, company car plus further development opportunities as you begin to have the desired impact on what is an exciting and ambitious company.
