CrimsonXT has partnered with a global leader in intelligent process automation, helping some of the world’s top manufacturers solve complex challenges across the energy market. (e-mobility, battery development, and electronic assemblies.) We are looking to hire a Sales Engineer to join the team based in Querétaro, Mexico, or remotely within Mexico/Latin America.

Role responsibilities: 

The company is actively expanding their presence across Mexico and Latin America due to increased demand. This role is designed to take ownership of new territories, win new customers, and be the face of the company across a dynamic, high-growth market. Here, you will drive business development efforts across Mexico and Latin America, identifying new opportunities, introducing the company’s technologies, and supporting the full sales cycle. You will:

  • Develop new customer relationships across Mexico and Latin America
  • Introduce the company’s technology portfolio and consult on applications
  • Lead the proposal and quotation process
  • Negotiate and close orders
  • Represent the company at regional industry events
  • Maintain CRM and forecast pipeline growth

What we are looking for: 

The team will equip you with everything you need to confidently represent the company’s technologies and build long-term success in the region. For this role, you must have:

  • Fluent in Spanish, with basic English for internal communication and training
  • Sales experience in technical/industrial markets
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with automation, capital equipment, or complex manufacturing environments
  • Be willing to travel up to 40% within the region

Preferred:

  • Degree or background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Familiarity with automation, dispensing systems, or electronics manufacturing
  • Experience with Tier 1 automotive, EMS, or OEMs
  • Knowledge of B2B equipment sales and long-cycle negotiations
  • Exposure to European/German business culture is also a plus
