We have partnered with a global leader in high-efficiency HVAC equipment, systems, and services in the commercial and industrial sectors, seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team in West Germany. The organization is recognized for its cutting-edge technologies, proprietary solutions, and expertise in system optimization and integration.

Role responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for consulting, advising, and selling high-efficiency chiller units, both standard and custom solutions. You will collaborate with end customers, consulting firms, installers, and contractors within the region to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and support relationships with clients, including end users, consulting offices, and contracting companies.
  • Explore traditional HVAC markets and identify opportunities in vertical markets such as industrial sectors (e.g., health and pharma, industrial applications) and large-scale heat pumps.
  • Operate independently from a home office, managing schedules and priorities effectively.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region (approximately 70% of the time).

What we are looking for:

  • Preferred: Experience in selling chiller units or refrigeration systems, though motivated beginners are welcome to apply.
  • Professionals with technical backgrounds, such as service engineers or technicians, looking to transition into sales are encouraged to apply, particularly if they bring an existing network.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary: €65,000–€85,000, with additional sales bonuses based on performance.
  • Company car provided (e.g., VW Passat, Audi A4, BMW 3 Series, Skoda Octavia or Superb).
