Position Overview:

As a Sales Engineer covering Northern France, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s growth strategy. Ideally based around Lille, you will be responsible for driving new business development, leveraging existing relationships with wholesalers and distributors, and cultivating new connections. This position offers a remote work setup with occasional visits to our client’s Paris office, allowing you to be on the front lines, visiting customer sites in your defined territory approximately 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for new business development in Northern France on behalf of our client.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the HVAC market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate effectively with our client’s product and technical teams to tailor solutions for clients.


  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Existing relationships with wholesalers and distributors are a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Technical knowledge or a related degree is a plus.
