We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Sales Account Manager to join one of the industry leaders in their Minnesota location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HVAC service sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.


  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building within the HVAC industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling services.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to provide clients with expert advice and solutions.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company’s services.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipelines to management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC service sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services, including maintenance, repair, and installation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within the state of Wisconsin as needed.
