CrimsonXT has partnered with a global leader in healthier indoor air solutions. As the indoor health and wellness market continues to expand, they are seeking an Independent Contractor: a Regional Sales Representative (RSR) to lead sales initiatives in the UK, with occasional opportunities across the EU.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a driven sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who excels at building relationships and driving growth in emerging markets.

Role responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will:

  • Generate revenue by identifying and developing new customer relationships within your territory.
  • Build and maintain a prospect list of key companies, architectural firms, and engineering firms, evolving it over time.
  • Engage in significant weekly prospecting efforts, visiting potential customers and setting daily appointments.
  • Create proposals and close sales in industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Hospitality, Sports & Entertainment, and Education.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI targets.
  • Accurately document activities and maintain records using NetSuite CRM.
  • Collaborate with management, staff, and customers to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Evaluate and participate in relevant local professional associations (e.g., BSRIA, CIBSE) to strengthen relationships and explore networking opportunities.
  • Recommend and execute local marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Provide high-level customer satisfaction and support.
  • Learn and educate customers on the company’s proprietary air quality technologies.
  • Recruit, manage, and train resellers and dealers within your territory.

Expectations:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience selling commercial HVAC products to mechanical contractors (preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
