CrimsonXT is partnered with a leading manufacturer of HVAC instrumentation currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager for its fast-growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of passionate and driven experts and a company that truly values its employees.

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for driving the company’s market share growth and focusing on the most influential personas within the most strategic accounts in the HVAC/IAQ sensing and monitoring industry throughout the assigned geography. You will target assigned accounts, build deep multi-level relationships, and work to close new business. You will also leverage existing business and contacts to retain business, and build deeper customer relationships. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Develop, execute, and sustain account-specific growth plans at assigned accounts
  • Participate in pricing initiatives to help achieve margin/price goals
  • Develop and proactively run penetration and growth plans
  • Adopt and champion the company’s sales training
  • Help ensure alignment between account management strategy and the customers’ top business objectives
  • Maintain a high frequency of contact
  • Follow-up on all leads within the assigned accounts
  • Manage new business opportunities

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of building high-value business relationships across all key decision-makers and partners within broad geography and an extensive account base. 50% travel is also required for this role.

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent – business, management, or similar field of study preferred and 5+ years of HVAC/IAQ technical sales experience. We are looking for someone with experience selling to controls integrators/DDCs, a proven track record in utilizing sales techniques, and experience in prospecting to secure new business, both remotely and in the field.
