CrimsonXT is looking for a Project Manager based in the Benelux region, where you will work closely with a dedicated and professional team of six colleagues.

Role responsibilities: 

As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the successful delivery of logistics automation projects across the Benelux. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects to successful completion in close collaboration with the international project team in Austria
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the local customer, the international project team, and the local Sales and Customer Service departments
  • Monitoring the project scope and identifying, assessing, and following up on deviations
  • Acting as a trouble-shooter and proposing improvement
  • Preparing, monitoring, and adjusting project documentation where necessary, tracking project progress, and compiling and presenting progress reports
  • Working closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Service to ensure a smooth handover and execution across all project phases
  • Collaborate closely with the international project team in Austria, the customer, and various suppliers

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone eager to apply knowledge and talent in this high-tech environment. You should have:

  • A minimum bachelor’s (HBO) level of education, preferably in a technical field
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics and/or technical environment
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary and international project teams
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (German is also a plus)
  • A customer-focused and result-driven mindset, with the ability to work flexibly, independently, and in a structured manner
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with various stakeholders, a proactive attitude, and resilience in dynamic and changing environments
