Our client is a leading Engineering and Construction Firm looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team. CrimsonXT are partnered with a leading engineering and construction firm known for delivering innovative solutions on large-scale projects. Currently, we are undertaking a significant semiconductor project in Arizona and are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the installation of semiconductor tools with a focus on electrical systems.

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage the installation of semiconductor tools, with a strong focus on electrical systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integration and functionality of electrical components within the semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans for the installation of semiconductor tools, emphasizing electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.

Tool Install Oversight:

  • Manage the installation of semiconductor tools, with a specific focus on electrical systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to coordinate tool deliveries and installations.

Electrical System Design:

  • Provide expertise in the design and layout of electrical systems for semiconductor tools, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize electrical layouts.

Resource Management:

  • Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure the availability of electrical materials and resources.
  • Manage and optimize the allocation of resources to meet project objectives.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Implement and oversee quality control measures for electrical systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other project managers and departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in project management for semiconductor tool installation, with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom environments.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
