CrimsonXT has partnered with a leading global manufacturer specializing in oil-free centrifugal chillers in search of a Finance Leader for their operations across EMEA.

The business turnover of $300m+ and prides themselves on being an innovation leader that delivers conventional to highly technological chiller solutions for almost all vertical markets and is currently developing strategies to leverage its large installed base of equipment around the world to offer parts and services to its customers.

Responsibilities:

As the Regional & Functional Finance Leader of EMEA, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance and administration functions within the region. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage bookkeeping tasks such as daily inbox management, bank movements, customer payments, vendor invoices, cash handling, and filing.
  • Handle materials management activities including order processing, delivery note verification, invoice control, transportation organization, and customer returns.
  • Oversee stock operations including goods receipt, inventory control, stock reconciliation, material procurement, shipping document preparation, and disposal.
  • Lead controlling activities such as annual operating planning, monthly reporting, project costings, cash flow planning, and liaising with auditors and tax authorities.
  • Manage HR functions including payroll processing, timekeeping systems, vacation administration, and expense management.
  • Team: You will lead a team of three additional full-time equivalents (FTE) responsible for bookkeeping/expenses, fleet management, stock management, and stock administration.
  • You will report directly to the General Manager of EMEA with a dotted line to the Global CFO.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in managing the financial operations of a small to mid-sized business.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically Navision.
  • Ideally, previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

The salary range for this position is between 110,000 EUR to 130,000 EUR, with a 20% bonus potential. The role is based in Wendlingen, Germany with the flexibility of working remotely for up to 6 days per month.
