CrimsonXT have partnered with a fast-growing manufacturer of electric vehicles, leading the electric vehicle revolution. We are looking to hire an Engineering Manager for the team, based in Kansas, US.

Role responsibilities: 

We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of the company’s products, as well as manage existing products. You will: 

• Schedule and lead project review meetings throughout the lifecycle of the product
• Collaborate with numerous internal teams to identify, define, and resolve issues related to the product
• Collaborate closely with the Program Chief to prioritise engineering tasks related to the product
• Organise and manage engineering tasks specific to the product through Jira Software
• Manage the Engineering Change Control (ECR) process
• Create and update project planning documents

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with an Engineering undergraduate degree and a minimum 1of 10 years of experience in product technical design or development. You should have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical materials and communicate to non-technical audiences effectively
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means to various audiences
• High level of organisation managing multiple tasks of various sizes on different schedules with ever-changing levels of priority
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and plan; proactive work ethic
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams

*Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. You will work in a stationary position up to 75% of the time.*
