Looking for a new career opportunity?

Hyperscale data centers live or die on what gets delivered to site. That’s your world.

When a project is running on a fast-track timeline and a generator is sitting in a port in Houston, or a switchgear package is six weeks behind schedule, someone needs to own that problem. Not escalate it. Own it.

Our client is one of the most ambitious data center developers in the US, scaling a multi-billion dollar pipeline of hyperscale infrastructure. They need a senior procurement leader who has been in the trenches of mission-critical equipment sourcing and knows exactly how much depends on getting it right.

As Director of OFCI Procurement, you’ll be the primary lead across all owner-furnished equipment on active development projects. Switchgear, UPS systems, chillers, generators, PDUs, high-voltage gear. You’ll manage OEM and vendor relationships directly, run competitive sourcing processes end to end, and negotiate the commercial terms that protect the project on lead time, reliability, and cost. Across multiple concurrent builds, you’ll track commitments, flag supply chain risks early, and act as the escalation point when vendor performance becomes a project problem.

What this role demands:

Fifteen or more years in procurement, construction management, or real estate development, with at least five of those years leading OFCI procurement specifically for data centers or comparable mission-critical infrastructure. You’ve worked in hyperscale or colocation environments, you understand long-lead equipment and what it means for commissioning sequencing, and you can read a technical specification and a vendor proposal with equal confidence.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real scope, serious backing, and a pipeline that isn’t slowing down.

If mission-critical procurement at hyperscale is where you’ve built your career, apply today to find out more.
