CrimsonXT has partnered with an innovative manufacturer of indoor air quality solutions in search of 2 Business Development Managers, one based in Los Angeles or San Francisco, and one based in New York. Our client boasts a portfolio that utilizes UVC technology to destroy pathogens and microorganisms that lead to infectious diseases, such as viruses, delivering effective air cleaning solutions to markets such as commercial offices, healthcare, education, and other government buildings.

Role responsibilities: 

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the business in New York, developing sales strategies and relationships with HVAC consultants, engineers, and end users for commercial projects across the region.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is energetic, an entrepreneurial sales professional, and able to identify new opportunities to expand the company’s presence within the market.

Furthermore, they will have 10 years of experience within the commercial HVAC market, a track record of success, and relationships with target customers. Travel up to 50% would also be expected.

In return, the company is offering a salary of up to $110,000 plus commission (highest earners within the business take home $500,000+), 401K, health insurance plans, and plenty of opportunity for further career development within the organization.
