We are looking for Controls Service Technicians with mid-to-senior-level experience to join a growing and well-established building automation team.

Primary Job Function

As a Controls Service Technician, you will manage service calls, diagnostics, and repairs for Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls. This role requires strong DDC expertise and the ability to troubleshoot, program, and support complex integrations.

You’ll respond to urgent service needs and also support larger projects alongside project managers, working with platforms such as Tridium Niagara, ABB, Distech, Honeywell, and Johnson Controls.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional overtime and weekend work as required

Compensation

$35 – $55 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
  • 2+ years of experience with DDC/BAS system diagnosis, programming, and repair
  • Strong familiarity with ladder-logic-style programming (DDC, PLC, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Cylon (ABB), Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls
  • Tridium Niagara / N4 certification is a strong plus
