CrimsonXT has partnered with a global manufacturer of commercial and industrial chillers in search of an Applications Engineer for the growing team. If successful, you will be responsible for developing commercial and technical proposals for data centre applications.

Role responsibilities:  

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for developing commercial and technical proposals for data centre projects across North America. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Design and selection of chiller solutions
  • Liaising with the Engineering department in the development of submittals
  • Supporting stakeholders
  • Liaising cross-functionally with the company’s organisation on a frequent basis
  • Coordinate production throughout manufacturing, testing, scheduling, FWT operation, and post-review and report development

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in chiller product design. You should have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another related Engineering field, and you should be based in a major metropolitan city in either US or Canada. This is a remote position with some travel required.

Familiarity with ASHRAE/ANSI/ASME codes, 3D modeling software, and industrial control systems is also beneficial.
