Looking for a new career opportunity?

Our client is the fastest growing AI infrastructure business in the world, building the power and compute capacity that will underpin the next decade of AI development. They are scaling at a pace that has no real precedent in the industry, and this role sits right at the centre of that growth.

This is a rare chance to join a business at the exact moment it is compounding, and to build real career equity by owning a function that barely exists anywhere else at this scale. Few people get the opportunity to shape how a company of this trajectory operates internally. This is one of those roles, and one of those moments.

What you will own

You will run the operating rhythm across a multi gigawatt portfolio of leased development sites, tracking each one from initial agreement through to construction handoff and into live operations. You will design and maintain the milestone framework that keeps every site visible and every dependency accounted for, and build the tools and reporting that give leadership a real time view across dozens of concurrent projects and multiple locations.

Day to day, you will work directly with external developers, internal delivery teams, utilities, legal, and finance, surfacing issues early so that timelines from signed deal to live power stay tight. When a site is ready to move into delivery, you will hand it over with clean documentation and no loose ends.

What we are looking for

  • A track record of building and running the program infrastructure behind a large, concurrent portfolio of capital projects, where getting it wrong had real cost
  • Experience designing milestone or stage gate frameworks from the ground up, and holding teams to them without formal authority over those teams
  • Comfort tracking twenty plus workstreams at once without losing the detail that matters
  • A history of coordinating across legal, finance, construction, and external partners on deals with messy dependencies and fixed deadlines
  • Communication precise enough that senior leaders can act on your update without needing to ask a follow up question
  • A natural discipline around documentation and process, even when the pace is intense

Experience in data center development, powered shell or build to suit projects, utility coordination, or campus scale construction programs would all be an advantage, though none are a strict requirement for the right person.

Why this role, specifically

This is a genuine seat at the table of one of the most consequential infrastructure buildouts happening anywhere right now. The scope is broad, the pace is fast, and the growth trajectory for the right person is steep. You would be joining early enough to define how this function works, not simply slot into an existing structure.
