Backed by significant capital and already transacting with some of the world’s most advanced technology companies, this business is executing large, complex infrastructure deals at pace and accelerating globally.

They are now hiring a VP level Strategic Transactions to take ownership of how their most important deals are structured, negotiated, and delivered to signature.

You will sit at the centre of the company’s most critical transactions, leading negotiations with sophisticated counterparties while orchestrating the full deal process across multiple workstreams.

You will be responsible for driving complex, multi-party infrastructure deals from early structuring through to signed agreements, often managing 5 to 10 interdependent contracts simultaneously across legal, finance, construction, and customer stakeholders .

Alongside execution, you will build the internal engine that allows the business to scale, including deal governance, workflows, stage gates, and execution rhythm.

  • Own the full deal lifecycle from structuring through negotiation to signature and handover
  • Lead negotiations across high-value infrastructure transactions such as EPCs, JVs, leases, customer agreements and power
  • Drive multiple parallel contract workstreams to close, ensuring no blockers derail timelines
  • Run a disciplined closing process with clear cadence, action tracking and accountability
  • Build and implement scalable deal processes including stage gates, documentation standards and governance
  • Partner closely with legal, finance, construction and customer teams to execute under tight timelines
  • Bring clarity, structure and pace to complex, fast-moving transactions

This role is designed for individuals who have operated in serious transaction environments and have personally driven complex deals to completion.

You are someone who

  • Has direct experience negotiating commercial terms with external counterparties
  • Has owned deals end to end, not just supported them
  • Is comfortable managing multiple workstreams under pressure
  • Thrives in environments where speed and precision both matter

Typical backgrounds include

  • Infrastructure Private Equity at VP or Principal level
  • Investment Banking at VP or Director level in infrastructure, real estate or capital markets
  • Data centre development or leasing leaders who have run full deal lifecycles
  • Senior lawyers from top-tier firms in project finance or infrastructure
  • Energy, telecoms or large-scale infrastructure deal leads

This is a deal ownership role focused on getting complex transactions signed.
