CrimsonXT has partnered with a leading oil-free chiller company, looking to hire an HR Manager to oversee all HR functions across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will report functionally to the Global Head of Human Resources and operationally to the VP and General Manager of the region. As a strategic partner to the management team and a hands-on leader, you will shape the company’s people strategy as the team continues to scale. You will also be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute a scalable HR strategy that supports company growth, culture, and performance goals
  • Advise leadership on organisational structure, headcount planning, and culture initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Management and Supervisors
  • Oversee recruitment strategy and processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, improve interview processes, and ensure top talent pipelines
  • Own employer branding efforts to attract high-calibre candidates
  • Implement and optimise performance management systems to promote feedback, accountability, and growth
  • Launch learning & development initiatives to improve talent, including leadership development programs
  • Develop and report on key HR metrics (e.g. turnover, engagement, DEI, performance trends)

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of progressive HR experience, or 3+ years as Head of Human Resources or HR Manager, with responsibility over all HR Functions. Ideally, you will have:

  • A deep understanding and hands-on experience of local labour laws and working with working councils in Germany is a must
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment (HVAC manufacturing would be beneficial)
  • HR experience at a growth-stage company
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Be a strategic thinker with hands-on execution
  • Experience with modern HR tech tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, L&D platforms).

The package includes a salary of up to €130,000 plus benefits.
