Position Summary:

We’re seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts across the New York region. This is a unique opportunity to represent a market-leading IAQ solution in a high-demand space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, and engineering firms
  • Promote the benefits and ROI of our patented bipolar ionisation technology to key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to support the sales cycle
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to closing
  • Track and report on market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
  • Proven track record of selling to end users, consultants, and engineering firms
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the building services sector
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a range of stakeholders
  • Self-starter with excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY
