CrimsonXT is partnered with a highly reputable material handling systems integrator who is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for their North American team. Headquartered in Europe and comprising several strong brands, our client is a fast-growing supply chain technology company with a focus on comprehensive intralogistics solutions and mail/parcel automation.

Reporting to their VP Sales for North America, you’d be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying customer growth opportunities and driving US business expansion.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience selling parcel/unit hardware sortation systems is a must
  • Proven success in enterprise-level solution selling
  • Experience selling through system integrators is a plus
  • Experience working with AMRs is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MHE/Intralogistics/Fulfilment/3PL industries

Role responsibilities:

  • Client and Partner Engagement – Identify and target enterprise-level clients within assigned verticals, territories, and accounts.
  • Technical consulting – Collaborate with technical and sales teams to develop and present customised technology solutions that address client requirements.
  • Product Expertise – Develop a deep understanding of product and service offerings. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor products.
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients to execute deals.
  • Market Analysis – Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional from the MHE/Warehouse Automation space who wants to be part of an exciting growth journey in the US. The role is remote with travel to customer sites, and OTE will be around $250-275K.
