What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the design and development of lithium-ion battery systems, from initial packaging to integration into heavy-duty vehicles.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure performance, safety, and scalability.
• Use CAD and simulation tools to create and refine battery pack designs, including thermal and structural analysis.
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting across lab and field environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and help implement new ideas in battery design and assembly.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in high-voltage battery systems or lithium-ion battery packaging.
• Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering (BSME/BSEE or similar).
• Proficiency in CAD (Inventor preferred) and simulation tools like ANSYS.
• Experience working on EV systems
• A collaborative, hands-on approach with a passion for clean energy and innovation.
