Principal Consultant Jasmine has over 3 years of recruitment experience across the energy, cleantech and aviation sectors and specialises in senior-level field roles across the clean tech markets, particularly in sales, product management, R&D and leadership roles, within the US.

Ben Rispin

Principal Consultant Ben works with start-up warehouse robotics companies and established global system integrators. He specializes in project engineering, solutions design, and engineering management roles in the warehouse automation industry, with a primary focus on North America and Europe.

Patricia Danker

Patricia recently joined our process automation & process technology team, working alongside Christina Radner to source the very best talent across Germany, Austria & Switzerland. As well as previous recruitment experience, Patricia grew up in Germany and speaks fluent German and English.

James Disney

James is a Senior Recruitment Consultant, specifically focusing on warehouse automation & robotics solutions across Europe. As well as previous recruitment experience, James is passionate about the industry, the functional use of warehouse robotics and how they can shape the future of retail and e-commerce.

Jenna is our Senior Marketing Executive, tasked with crafting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that fuel business growth. With over four years of experience in the field, Jenna began her career as a Marketing Assistant at CrimsonXT in 2020, steadily advancing to her current senior role.
