Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and develop our sales team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and drive our success in the energy storage market. The VP of Sales will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in developing and executing our sales strategy.

What we are looking for:

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), as well as an academic background in engineering, such as a degree in engineering or a closely related field, would be a strong advantage. Alternatively, a candidate with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in a technical, high CAPEX product industry, such as large power turbines or industrial machinery, will be considered.

You should have proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the energy storage or renewable energy industry, a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth and excellent leadership and team-building skills.
