Solutions Engineer

We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer to join an innovative robotics and automation company. This role is based in Singapore/Malaysia and offers the opportunity to work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and customize solutions according to customer expectations.

Role responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs.
• Participate in discussions and meetings to gather detailed information and insights that will help in designing effective solutions
• Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution design
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer requirements by evaluating their existing systems, processes, and pain points.
• Identify areas where our products can provide value and address their challenges
• Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 2 years of experience in a solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
