Service Technician

Role responsibilities: 

If successful, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance visits to keep customers’ buildings fully
  optimised.
• Respond to service calls, troubleshoot the issue and fix it.
• Provide technical support for projects directly to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships to establish long-term partnerships.

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities, experience with building automation systems (Tridium experience is a plus)
and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.), as well as:

• Knowledge of control system programming and configuration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Valid driver’s license
