CrimsonXT is conducting an exclusive search on behalf of a market-leading sensor technology provider and smart building solutions, seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Sweden. The company specializes in HVAC, building automation, and energy efficiency solutions, working with contractors, system integrators, and end users.

This is a strategic role with a clear pathway to a Managing Director position within the next few years, where you will take on full operational and P&L responsibility.

Role Overview:

As Senior Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and oversee a team of four sales professionals across Sweden. This leadership role requires a strong technical sales background, industry expertise, and a proven track record in high-value B2B sales.

Location: Stockholm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy to expand market presence and revenue.
  • Manage and grow relationships with contractors, system integrators, and end users in the building automation and HVAC sectors.
  • Oversee and support a team of four sales professionals across Sweden, ensuring they achieve targets and develop in their roles.
  • Lead high-value negotiations and drive key business opportunities from prospecting to closure.
  • Provide technical sales support, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales and business strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare for a transition into a Managing Director position, taking on full operational and P&L responsibility in the coming years.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in HVAC, building automation, or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of sensor technology, building automation systems, and energy efficiency solutions.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with contractors, system integrators, and end users.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategic thinker.
  • Willingness to travel within Sweden as required.
