CrimsonXT has partnered with a market-leading manufacturer of building automation controls in search of a Senior Sales Manager based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Here, you will be responsible for developing the business in The Netherlands & Belgium and progressing with the aim to become the Managing Director in the near future.

Experts in sensor technology, this innovative family-run business is looking for someone with the drive and passion to grow an already successful branch and become an integral part of the wider business.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for driving the sales of building automation control products such as sensors, actuators & room control units within the Netherlands & Belgian markets, helping customers make their buildings more intelligent and energy efficient.

Your core priorities will be to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Identify new sales opportunities and devise strategies as to how to capitalize on them whilst also building and maintaining strong relationships with current clients. You will work closely with other departments at headquarters, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with overall company goals and to represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

What we are looking for:

This position will be home office base with national travel expected to be 2/3 days a week. Bi-annual travel to Germany will also be required for internal sales meetings.
