CrimsonXT has partnered with a global company in the Critical Power sector, seeking a Senior Sales and Projects Execution Engineer to coordinate pre-sales and execution activities, supporting the expansion in the rapidly growing data centre segment. This role involves close collaboration with Senior Business Development Managers and local sales teams worldwide to deliver tailored solutions and ensure timely project completion.

Our client is a global leader in Critical Power solutions, headquartered in Italy, specializing in low voltage power equipment ranging from UPS to STS to CPSS and connectivity solutions. Their mission-critical products serve a variety of sectors, including data centres, industrial automation, buildings and infrastructure, transportation, and healthcare. With over 20 legal entities and branch offices worldwide, they have a presence in more than 85 countries through extensive distribution and service channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project specifications.
  • Prepare commercial proposals for tenders.
  • Develop commercial, technical, and project management documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings and conduct site visits as necessary.
  • Manage supplier approval activities, including the preparation of homologation documentation.
  • Develop order scheduling plans.
  • Support order execution in coordination with production teams for assembly planning, testing, and shipping.
  • Conduct witness tests.
  • Support marketing and training events specific to the data centre segment.
  • Maintain CRM and project funnel databases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales, pre-sales, sales, or service roles.
  • Expertise in critical power equipment.
  • Strong self-motivation with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent team spirit and communication skills.
  • Resilience and willingness to travel frequently (up to 25%).
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
