CrimsonXT has recently partnered with a globally recognized Supply Chain Automation provider, headquartered in Germany, and they are looking for a Sales Director Director in the Benelux region. This company’s logistics solutions ensure a smooth flow of material in factories and distribution centers.

Role responsibilities:

As a Sales Director, you will be independent and responsible for spearheading sales throughout the European market. A key responsibility of a Sales Director is to design, develop, and implement sales, targets, and plans, as well as perform root cause analysis of marketing, sales, and customer services operational issues.

The ability to provide logistics in building and expanding the customer base, and expanding relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts is a must.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience in the Warehouse Automation Industry. A strong leadership mentality and a high sales competence are essential. You must be fluent in Deutsch and English. Any other foreign languages are desirable.
