We have partnered with a growing company in the manufacturing sector, that is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of the Quality Management System. This role involves maintaining high product quality standards by developing documentation, analyzing underlying issues, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities: 

You will be responsible for developing, updating and maintaining quality assurance procedures and work instructions while coordinating with other departments, as well as:

  • Oversee and manage Quality Management System Certification (ISO 9001 or similar)
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify production quality issues and propose corrective actions
  • Support production floor quality activities and assist in resolving issues
  • Prepare and present quality data reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to address quality-related concerns
  • Serve as an internal auditor, supporting the internal auditing team in process and area audits
  • Assist in training, audits, and compliance within the Quality Assurance (QA) framework
  • Ensure calibration of equipment meets required standards
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry with a focus on quality documentation, as well as:

  • Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance Systems, Procedures, and Root Cause Analysis (Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why’s, etc.)
  • Understanding of ASME code materials and pressure parts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint for reporting and documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
