Project Manager

CrimsonXT has partnered with an innovative and leading specialist for process automation engineering solutions for biopharma industries in Munich. The company is renowned for its deep technical expertise in process automation and its excellent and modern work environment. We are currently seeking a ‘Project Manager’ to join the leading organization.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing automation projects for pharmaceutical clients
• Resource planning (scheduling and personnel deployment planning) and project procurement
• Project controlling (progress control, TAC calculation, reporting)
• Project calculation and the elaboration of project supplements in cooperation with sales
• Examination of the technical feasibility of customer inquiries and identification of potential risks
• Customer advice during planning, creation of specifications in the project team, implementation of customer presentations and system-specific customer training

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a degree or technical training in engineering science, as well as several years of experience in the engineering of process automation or process engineering projects, preferably within the process industry. You should also possess the following skills:

• Experience in the management of projects and project teams
• Distinctive problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility, and independent working style
• Structured and process-oriented working method
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a high level of customer orientation
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Occasional business trips as part of project management
