CrimsonXT has partnered with a leading manufacturer of capital equipment for the e-mobility industry. They specialize in designing and manufacturing innovative solutions to meet the growing demand for electric vehicle infrastructure.

They are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join the team and contribute to the success of capital equipment projects in the e-mobility sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure project success
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project objectives are met
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, working closely with the project team to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts and provide technical expertise during customer interactions
  • Document project activities and maintain accurate records for future reference

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on capital equipment manufacturing for the e-mobility industry
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to e-mobility and capital equipment manufacturing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project
