Program Manager

CrimsonXT has partnered with a global leader in Warehouse Automation. Due to growth, the company is now looking to hire a Program Manager to handle their portfolio clients’ large projects. Responsibilities:

• Led project managers in complex distribution center improvements, alongside complex automation deployments and projects surpassing $100m in scope.
• Maintain alignment across leadership, both internally and externally.
• Mitigate scope, schedule, cost, and risk for all involved stakeholders.
• Use advanced understanding of supply chain consulting concepts, alongside design and implementation knowledge.
• Provide leadership as a resource manager to 6 or more project managers/directors.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years’ experience in a project management role.
• Experience as a resource manager, with PMs implementing the following material handling equipment, including Conveyors, Sorters, AS/RS, AMRs, multi-shuttles systems, and software.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
• Experience dealing with complex and large-scale greenfield projects of value $100m+.
• 10+ years’ experience in warehouse automation.
• PMP certification is required.
• Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time
