Position Overview:

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be a crucial part of our client’s success story. Based in Paris, this role involves providing essential technical support to the sales team. Your expertise in Direct Expansion (DX) is indispensable, and a technical degree is required to excel in this position. You’ll work closely with the sales team to offer technical insights, address customer inquiries, and ensure that our client’s HVAC solutions are tailored to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to technical expert for the sales team, providing insights and guidance on HVAC equipment, with a specific focus on Direct Expansion (DX) systems.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to engage with customers, understanding their technical requirements, and ensuring that our client’s solutions align with customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our client’s product range, including heat pumps, air conditioning, and chillers, across various applications.
  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, effectively conveying the benefits and features of our client’s HVAC solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers’ inquiries.
  • Customer Site Visits: Travel to customer sites when necessary to assess technical requirements and offer on-site support.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A technical degree is mandatory for this role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Direct Expansion (DX) HVAC systems is essential.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
