Role Overview:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, design fixtures, and improve workflow efficiency. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities are:

• Implement and improve production equipment and tooling.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Enhance facility layout and production flow.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control.
• Analyze production data to drive process improvements.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for tooling and fixture design.
• Adaptability to a startup environment.
