CrimsonXT has partnered with a global AMR provider in Warehouse Automation. Due to growth, the company is now looking to hire a Head of Sales to handle their portfolio clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding organization that has grown over 30% YoY since 2019.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

The Head of Sales will be expected to implement a nationwide strategic sales and marketing strategy to increase sales and drive company growth. This position requires 10 years of B2B experience, with at least 5 of which have been spent in a supervisory role. This person is also expected to have an equivalent combination of education and experience with integrated material handling and/or automation systems.

Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Masters Business Administration preferred.
  • 10+ years of B2B sales in Warehouse Automation.
  • 5+ years complex system sales, 5+ years sales leadership experience.
  • Able to attract talent, and build an entire sales organization, including Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Channel Sales, and Pre-sales.
  • Ability to travel as needed, 50% expected.
