This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global energy strategy—ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable power delivery across a fast-growing international portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Define and drive long-term power strategies across new and existing markets.
  • Lead partnerships with international and regional utility providers.
  • Evaluate grid connectivity options and develop energy integration plans for new data center builds.
  • Secure grid capacity and manage utility-scale power procurement for future expansion.
  • Structure and negotiate energy supply contracts aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor energy procurement solutions that meet unique operational needs.
  • Support financial planning through cost analysis, forecasting, and energy budgeting insights.
  • Build trusted relationships with a wide range of external partners.
  • Influence policy by working with public affairs teams and aligning with regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee the design, permitting, and buildout of high- and medium-voltage infrastructure at data center sites.
  • Manage the end-to-end development of substations, grid connections, and transmission assets.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, regulatory, and delivery risks related to power infrastructure.
  • Direct vendor alignment to ensure seamless delivery of power infrastructure projects.
  • Source and manage equipment across regional markets, with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead initiatives for off-grid power solutions, such as battery systems, onsite generation, and private wire networks.
  • Assess and pursue cutting-edge energy models and partnerships with clean energy developers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • An advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a closely related discipline.
  • Deep experience in utility operations, energy procurement, or power infrastructure—ideally within mission-critical environments like data centers or industrial-scale facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of energy markets, renewable integration, and electrical distribution systems.
  • A proven track record of negotiating energy supply agreements and managing large-scale power infrastructure projects.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement across technical, commercial, and governmental landscapes.
  • Strategic mindset with strong financial literacy and the ability to model and assess project ROI.
  • Natural leadership with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and external partners alike.
